Yumiko Kageura
Movement Medicine Apprentice Teacher
After the graduation from university, I experienced both of the posts of a sales person and a desk job in the sales department of the oldest insurance company of Japan. I loved my works and poured passion for it ,but I sometimes burnt out and often fell sick.
I began to explore ”how do I live?” with the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011 and learned facilitation, Coaching, and Leadership etc.. and met the “Pacha mama Alliance” by Lynn Twist, “the Work That Reconnect/Active hope” by Joanna Macy, and “to Create your Meaningful work” by Hidetake Enomoto.
Finally I quitted work in September, 2015. At the same time, I came across Movement Medicine . Now I convey that I know the body as well as the mind and the heart, and that I meet the wisdom through the Movement Medicine.
